Shree Precoated Steels Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot, the Special Resolutions as under:

1. To Alter the Main Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.

2. To Sub-Divide the Equity Share Capital of Rs 10/- each into 5 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each.

3. To Change the Name of the Company from “Shree Precoated Steels Ltd” to “Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd”.

The Board of Directors has appointed Shri. Prashant Diwan, Practicing Company Secretary as the Scrutinizer for conducting Postal Ballot process in a fair and transparent manner.

The Postal Ballot Form should reach the Scrutinizer not later than the close of working hours on March 29, 2008. The scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman and Managing Director after completion of the scrutiny and the result of the Postal Ballot will be announced by any of the Director of the Company on April 03, 2008.
