Shriram City Union Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 16, 2008, for approval of audited accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008.
Further the Company has informed that, the Board at the said meeting will be considering recommendation of final dividend to the shareholders for the year 2007-2008.
