Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 21, 2008 has accepted the resignation as tendered by Shri. K K Chaudhuri, Director. Therefore, Shri. K K Chaudhuri is no longer a member of the Board of the Company.
Further, the Board resolved to appoint Shri. Dipak Banerjee as a Chairman of the Company w.e.f. January 21, 2008.
