Siemens Ltd has informed BSE about the following changes in the Board of Directors of the Company (BoD):

1. Prof. Dr. Klaus Wucherer has resigned as a Director, effective close of business hours of March 31, 2008. Consequent to the said resignation, Mr. Stephan Schneider, also ceases to be an Alternate Director for Prof. Wucherer, effective same date; and

2. Prof. Dr. Hermann Requardt has been appointed as a Special Director (Siemens AG’s nominee) with effect from April 01, 2008. Prof. Required is a Member of the Managing Board and the Head of Corporate Technology of the Company’s parent Company, Siemens AG, Germany.
