Sirpur Paper Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is publishing the audited results within a period of three months from the closing of the Accounting year ended March 31, 2008. Hence, the unaudited results of the Company for the last quarter of the year (i.e. for the quarter ended March 31, 2008) are not being published.
