S.Kumars Nationwide Ltd (SKNL) has informed BSE that the Company has received an order from Hon’ble High Court, Bombay for demerger of Retail business of the Company (SKNL) into resulting Company Brandhouse Retails Ltd. (BHRL).

The said order was also filed with Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on March 03, 2008 and becomes effective from the same date.

Further the Company has informed that, the Company is in the process of holding board meeting shortly, to decide and fix the Record Date for determine the shareholders of S.Kumars Nationwide Ltd, who would be eligible to receive the one equity share of BHRL against five equity shares held in SKNL.
