Solid Containers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2008, has approved the following:
1. Appointment of Mr. Mohender Garg as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company with immediate effect. Mr. Garg will be a Non Executive Independent Director on the Board.
2. Appointment of Mr. S K Suri as a “Manager” of the Company under section 269 of the Companies Act, 1956.
