Solid Stone Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Shareholders and Unsecured Creditors of the Company at its Court convened meeting held on April 11, 2008, have passed the resolution for approving the Scheme of Amalgamation with Granitexx Stones and Mosaics Pvt Ltd (Transferor Company), with the requisite majority.
