Somany Ceramics Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish the Audited Financial Results within a period of 3 (three) months from the end of the last quarter of the Financial year ended on March 31, 2008 i.e. by June 30, 2008.
Therefore, the Company will not publish the unaudited results of the 4th Quarter.
