Sowbhagya Media Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has been decided to consider, approve and publish the audited financial results for the year ended on March 31, 2008 within 3 months i.e. on or before June 30, 2008. In view of the same Unaudited results for the quarter ended on March 31, 2008 need not be considered and published by the Company.
