Span Diagnostics Ltd has informed BSE that the Company opts for publication of audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2008 within a period of three months that is before June 30, 2008.
Accordingly, the Company will not publish its un-audited financial results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2008.
