Spanco Telesystems & Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that Spanco has been awarded a Letter of Intent (LOI) by Bihar State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd for supply, installation, implementation, commissioning, operations and maintenance of Network and other passive equipments of Modernisation of Prison ? Security (MoP) across 53 jails of Bihar State on Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) basis for a period of 5 years.

The total value of the Project would be approximately Rs 20.08 Crores (Rupees Twenty crores and eight lacs).
