Sri Ramakrishna Mills Coimbatore Ltd has informed BSE that the Company intends to take up real estate operations also in addition to their present spinning activities.

Accordingly, the Company has entered into a Joint Development Agreement with M/s. Arihant Griha Ltd, Chennai for the development of its property at its Ganapathy Unit into residential / commercial / mall complex.

Consequently, the production capacities of Ganapathy unit will reduce, the steps are being taken to shift them to other locations.
