Srinivasa Shipping - Result of Postal Ballot
Srinivasa Shipping & Property Development Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Committee, at its meeting held on April 09, 2008, has considered and approved the results of the Postal Ballot conducted by the Company pursuant to the Notice to the shareholders dated February 11, 2008.
1. Special resolution for change of Name of the Company from “Srinivasa Shipping and Property Development Ltd” to “SSPDL Ltd”, passed with requisite majority.
2. Special resolution for Alteration of main objects of the Company, passed with requisite majority.
3. Ordinary resolution for increase in borrowing powers of the Board, passed with majority.
