Stanpacks India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to publish Audited Results for the Last Quarter of the year ended March 31, 2008 within a period of 3 months of the close of the accounting year 2007-2008. The Company will not therefore publish unaudited results for the last quarter and will publish Audited Results before the end of the June 30, 2008.
