Starlite Components Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on December 24, 2007, inter alia, have approved the Annual Accounts for the financial year ended June 30, 2007. The re-appointment of Mr. Arvind Bharati, Director of the Company, who retires by rotation, was also unanimously approved. The appointment of the auditors of the next year along with the appointment of Mr. G K Srikantan as Director (appointed as Additional Director on 22nd November) was unanimously approved.
