1. Re-appointment of Shri. Nitin J Sandesara as Managing Director of the Company for 5 years upto February 28, 2013.

2. Enabling resolution for Sponsored ADR, GDR, FCCB, etc to the extent of USD 250 Million.

3. Enabling resolution for Issue of ADR, GDR, FCCB, etc. to the extent of USD 250 Million.
