Sterling Biotech Ltd has informed BSE that following Companies are now part of the Promoters Group of the Company with effect from March 28, 2008 as detailed below;
1. Eminence Trading Pvt Ltd holds 19,19,000 equity shares (representing 0.84% of the Company).
2. Antariksha Securities Pvt Lid holds 19,50,000 equity shares (representing 0.85% of the Company).
3. Marut Apparels Pvt Ltd holds 18,85,000 equity shares (representing 0.82% of the Company).
With the above, promoters group shareholding stands at 8,90,34,694 equity shares of Rs 1/- each representing 38.80% of capital of the Company.
