Stewarts & Lloyds of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 25, 2008, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 30% on the paid up equity share capital of the Company for the financial year 2007-2008, subject to approval by the Shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
