Strides Arcolab Ltd has informed BSE regarding a Press Release dated May 14, 2008 titled “Strides Arcolab receives ANDA approval for Flumazenil Injection USF, 0.1 mg / ml multiple dose vial.”

“Strides Arcolab today announced receipt of ANDA approval for Flumazenil Injection USP. 0.1 mg / ml multiple dose vial.

The product is licensed to Akorn-Strides, LLC, which is a Joint Venture that was funned in 2004 by Akorn, Inc [NASADQ: AKRX] and Strides Arcolab Ltd.

Mr. Arun Kumar - Vice Chairman and Group CEO of Strides Arcolab stated:

“These approvals reflect yet another significant milestone for the Akorn-Strides partnership which now has approvals for six sterile injectable products and plans for commercialization are underway.”
