2. Inter-Corporate investment under section 372A of the Companies Act, 1956 for investment if upto USD 800,000 in Akorn Strides LLC, USA.

3. Strides Arcolab Employee Stock Option Plan, 2008.

4. Extension of Strides Arcolab Employees Stock Option Plan - 2008 to employees of Subsidiary Companies.

5. Amendment to Strides Arcolab Employee Stock Option Plan 2006.
