Sturdy Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 16, 2008, to consider the conversion of 8,00,000 (Eight Lacs) warrants issued on preferential basis to Precise Tools & Equipments Pvt Ltd into 8,00,000 (Eight Lacs) equity shares of Rs 10/-(ten) each @ Rs 17/- per share of the Company.
