Suashish Diamonds Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Vijay Kumar Chopra has been co-opted as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from May 09, 2008 by means of Circular Resolution passed by the Board of Directors of the Company on May 09, 2008.
Mr. Chopra shall act as Non-executive and Independent Director of the Company.
