Sujana Universal Industries Ltd has informed BSE that it was decided to extend the financial year 2007-2008 of the Company up to September 30, 2008 at the Meeting of the Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company held on June 28, 2008 for the purpose of maintaining uniform accounting year for all the subsequent financial years and so the balance sheet and profit and loss account giving effect to such extension shall be compiled for a period of fifteen (15) months for the financial year 2007-08 beginning from July 01, 2007.
