Sunteck Realty Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to order dated April 11, 2008 and subsequent order dated April 25, 2008 passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company was held on May 24, 2008. All the shareholders present at the meeting voted in favour of the scheme of amalgamation between Satguru Corporate Services Pvt Ltd with Sunteck Realty Ltd.
