Super Tannery India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on December 22, 2007, have passed the special resolution, by way of Postal Ballot, for alteration of the ‘Objects Incidental or Ancillary to the Attainment of the Main Object’ Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
