Surat Textile Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2008, inter alia, has approved the proposal for change in Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company from MCS Ltd to Karvy Computershare Private Ltd, The Board authorized a Director and the Secretary to take necessary steps, including execution of necessary agreement and documents etc. for timely shifting of the R&T work from MCS Ltd and to comply with the necessary requirements as may be considered necessary to implement the aforesaid change.
