Surat Textile Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Company’s accounting year has ended on March 31, 2008. The unaudited financial results for the earlier three quarters has already been published. Further in Compliance to the same, the Company wish to publish audited results for the financial year ended March 31, 2008, within a period of 3 months from the end of last quarter of the financial year. In view of the same, the last quarter’s results will not be published.
