With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled “Phoenix Lamps eyes Surya Roshni’s lighting business”, Surya Roshni Ltd has clarified to BSE that neither the Company has received any proposal from the Phoenix Lamps Ltd as reported nor there is any such proposal for sale of Lighting Division of the Company under consideration.
