Suryodaya Plastics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 16, 2008, to take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2008, to fix the book closure date and the date of the Annual General Meeting and to approve the agenda regarding resolution under Sec 293(1)(a) proposed to be passed by postal ballot.
