Suzlon Energy Ltd has informed BSE that the Company propose to consider and approve only the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2008. In light of the same the Company would not have a Board Meeting for consideration and approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter and the year ended March 2008. The Company undertake to publish the audited results for the financial year ended March 31, 2008 on or before June 30, 2008 i.e. within a period of three months from the end of the last quarter of the financial year ended March 31, 2008.
