Syschem India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company would publish the Audited financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2008 on or before June 30, 2008, i.e. within a period of three months from the end of the last quarter of quarter of the relevant financial year.
Therefore, the Company will not publish the unaudited quarterly results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
