Tanla Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting on June 05, 2008, Board has approved acquisition of Openbit Oy, Finland by its subsidiary Tanla Mobile Asia Pacific Pte. This transaction is valued at $US 18.60 MILLION (EURO 12 MILLION). Openbit Oy would be acquired by Tanla Mobile Asia Pacific Pte Ltd., Singapore a subsidiary of Tanla Solutions Ltd. Tanla Mobile Asia Pacific Pte Ltd would initially acquire 85% of the total shareholding of Openbit Oy.
