Tanu Healthcare Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 18, 2007, inter alia, has discussed and considered the following:

1. Decided to induct Dr. Ashwin Kumar Trivedi and Dr. Madhavi Agnihotri on the Board as Alternate Directors.

2. Considered changing the name of the Company to suit the expanded business activities in biotechnology area and cleared for applying for name availability of name in the name and style of ‘Socrus Bio Sciences Ltd’ subject to the approval of shareholders and ROC formalities.
