With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 07, 2008 about the Company plans to sell part of its investments in Tata Investment Corporation Ltd to Tata Sons Ltd, Tata Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has completed the transaction of sale of 50,00,000 Nos. of shares at a price of Rs 599.35 on February 13, 2008.
