Tata Investment Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the acquisition of 50,00,000 equity shares of the Company by Tata Sons Ltd from Tata Chemicals Ltd (an inter se transfer amongst Promoters), Tata Sons Ltd now holds 54.98% of the paid-up capital of the Company.
Therefore, the Company has become a subsidiary of Tata Sons Ltd.
