Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS) has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 21, 2008, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs 5/- per Equity Share of Re 1/- each of the Company for approval by the shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
