Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS) has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 16, 2008, inter alia, to approve and take on record the audited financial results of Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 and to consider declaration of an Interim Dividend to the shareholders.
Further the Company has informed that the Record Date for determining the beneficial owners to whom the Interim Dividend, if declared, will be paid shall be August 01, 2008.
