Technocraft Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that Hon’ble High Court of Bombay by an order made on February 08, 2008 has directed that meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company be convened and held on March 24, 2008 for the purpose of considering and if thought fit approving with or without modification(s), the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and Danube Fashions Ltd and their respective shareholders.
