Telephoto Entertainments Ltd has informed BSE that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on April 30, 2008, inter alia, to appoint M/s. Sridhar & Santhanam, Chartered Accountants, as the Auditors of the Company to hold office up to the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting in place of M/s. CNGSN & Associates, Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors of the Company, on such remuneration, terms & conditions.
