Thakkers Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on June 30, 2008, has been rescheduled to July 09, 2008, since declaration of dividend inadvertently was not included in the previous agenda.
The revised agenda is as under:
1. Adoption of annual accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008.
2. To consider declaration of dividend.
3. To consider and fix the record date for the issue of Bonus Shares.
