Thermax Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Ravi Venkatesan, Independent Director of the Company has expressed his desire to step down as a Member of the Board of the Company, owing to his commitments and busy schedule at his present full-time employment. The Company has acceded to his request.
Consequently, Mr. Venkatesan ceases to be a Director of the Company effective from the close of business hours of March 31, 2008.
