Time Technoplast Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2008, inter alai, has approved the following:
1. Approved and recommend the final Dividend @ 30%, subject to approval Shareholders.
2. Approved of the split up of the face value of its shares from Rs 10/- each in the denomination of Rs 1/- each, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
