With reference to the earlier announcement dated December 20, 2007, Tonira Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to various Hon’ble High Court and Tribunal Orders, the clearance of goods manufactured at Company’s Ankleshwar Factory for Export, are now taking place. However, Company’s goods worth Rs 5.50 Crores continued to be attached at any given time till the legal matter, is finally disposed off for Rectification of Mistake (ROM) application filed by the Company with CESTAT (Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal).
