Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 10, 2008, inter alia, to consider a proposal for enhancing the paid up capital by issue of further equity including through Preferential Allotment and / or Qualified Institutional Placement basis in accordance with relevant SEBI Guidelines.
