Trend Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 25, 2008, inter alia, has recommended 5% dividend i.e., Re. 0.50 (Paise Fifty Only) per share for the financial year ended September 30, 2007 for the consideration and declaration by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
