With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 19, 2008 regarding fixes Record Date for interim dividend, Triton Corp Ltd has now informed BSE that in view of the decision of Board of Directors, regarding not to declare interim dividend on equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2007-08, at the meeting held on March 24, 2008, the Record Date fixed by the Company for the purpose of payment of interim dividend as “April 08, 2008″, stands cancelled.
