Triton Corp Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 31, 2007 has taken note of resignation of Mr. B C Rastogi and Mr. Ashok Bhatnagar w.e.f. December 28, 2007 and December 30, 2007 respectively from the directorship of the Company.
Further the Company has informed that, the Board has also appointed Mr. N L Verma and Mr. Vishal Jain as Additional Directors of the Company w.e.f. December 31, 2007.
