Triton Corp Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on February 25, 2008, have approved by requisite majority, authorizing Board of Directors of the Company to raise additional funds upto an amount of USD 50,000,000 (US Dollars Fifty Million) (mix of debt & equity) in the form of GDRs / ADRs / FCCBs etc.
