United Credit Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 29, 2008, to note the order passed by the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta dated February 07, 2008 in connection with reduction of share capital by way of conversion of Equity Shares into redeemable preference shares and to take decision for implementation of the said order.
